Since the beginning of his professional life, he has been providing consultancy service to the leading Holding companies of our country and local and foreign companies in different sectors. He was also involved in the establishment and management of legal departments of some groups and companies.

In addition to basic legal branches, Halil Şimşek has had the opportunity to acquire a wide range of legal knowledge in his working life over 20 years specifically; education, retail, shopping center, marina, printing publication, technology, food, textile, venture capital, security, and service sectors.

He also specializes in the case and disputes analysis, strategy development, contract negotiation, and management.
